We have done our best so that you can enjoy an extremely cosy atmosphere and we really hope this will be your best holiday ever.
You are about to spend your holidays in a private apartment. Therefore, you are required to respect the following rules, hopefully with a clear understanding of their importance.
They are meant to ensure our guests can enjoy a calm and peaceful staying.
Besides, the respect of these simple regulations will allow future guests to find a high-quality holiday accomodation exactly as you have found it.
Here they are:
Check-in & check-out
- Check-in time is from 03:00 PM to 05:00 PM.
- In order to ensure the best possible service, our guests are requested to communicate an estimated arrival time.
- Upon the arrival day, during the check-in procedure, it is mandatory for guests to provide valid identification papers (either their identity card or passport) so that the Host can inform the tourist office in charge.
- The Check-out procedure should be concluded by 10:00 AM.
Extra-visitors
- Extra-visitors will have no access to the apartments our guests are living in, unless the host is informed in advance
Risks, Safety & Responsibilities
- Guests are given the keys which will let them have access to the whole structure. In case they lose or damage them, the host must be immediately informed. Any costs associated with necessary repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the guest.
- Guests will be responsible for their own belongings and valuables. The Host declines any liability in case of theft.
- Guests are responsible for any form of misconduct in the apartments and on the premises. In case of incidents, if guests are found responsible for them, they will have to pay for any damage provoked.
- Whenever the guests leave their housing units, they are required to ensure all the windowsare closed, the front door locked, all the lights and electrical appliances switched off as well as all the taps turned off.
- The Host is entitled to enter the housing units while the guests are not in, whenever a danger is detected so as to avoid possible risks and hazards, which he will immediately inform the guests of.
- Any loud noise is forbidden from 02:00 PM to 04:00 PM and from 11:00 PM to 08:00 AM so as to allow everyone a peaceful nap or night’s sleep.
- Guests can use extra appliances, which are not part of the equipment we provide our guests with, only upon agreement with the Host.
- Any loss of or damage to our furniture, appliances…or any item which is part of the equipment provided by the Host must be immediately reported. Should the guests be proved responsible for that damage, they will have to refund the host for it.
- Pets are not allowed.
- It is stricly forbidden to take away any appliances or items provided by the Host (towels, blankets, coverlets and the like)
- It is forbidden to smoke in the apartments.
Waste management
- You are kindly requested to collect your waste selectively (separating wet waste, dry waste, plastic, glass for recycling) and take the different kinds of waste to the specific communal containers placed in different areas in town.
Please, remember that in case the guests break any of the above-listed rules & regulations, they will be orderes to vacate the premises withour refound.
